No. Your event's public link opens directly in the browser. Any athlete can access it without any signup.

Yes. Each event has an access code that can be shared with the team. Each photographer logs in with the code, and sees and manages only the photos they uploaded. The organizer has access to everything and can generate a new code or remove members at any time.

An athlete can search their photos by bib number or by face recognition. Face recognition is optional and can be disabled.

Yes. Original files are stored in a private bucket with no public access. Athletes download them via short-lived pre-signed URLs. Previews and thumbnails live in a separate public bucket.

Yes, it's an option per event. Previews are processed with a watermark and athletes can buy the original version. Payment is made on our platform and the money goes directly to the organizer, with no involvement from us.

Photos stay available for a maximum period of 6 months. After that period, they are automatically removed to protect athlete privacy and manage storage efficiently.
